• Account Information: Name, email, phone, company details
• Facebook Data: Page name, Page ID, and lead form submissions (name, email, phone of leads)
• Google Data: Account information and lead form submissions
• Call Data: Call recordings, transcripts, and summaries
• Appointment Data: Booking details including customer name, phone, service type

How We Use Your Information

• To process and manage leads from advertising campaigns
• To facilitate AI-powered phone calls for appointment scheduling
• To send SMS confirmations for booked appointments
• To sync appointments with Google Calendar
• To provide analytics and call logs to business owners

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers: VAPI (AI voice), Twilio (calls/SMS), Facebook/Meta (lead retrieval), Google (ads/calendar).

Data Deletion

Request deletion by contacting admin@etechflow.com. We will delete your data within 30 days. You can disconnect Facebook/Google integrations anytime from your dashboard.
