Havec AIYou can ask Havec AI to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time, including data we received from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or Messenger.
How to request deletion
1. Email admin@etechflow.com with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Include the name, email address or phone number you used when you contacted us or filled in our form, so we can find your records.
3. We will confirm your request and delete your data within 30 days, then email you to let you know it is done.
What gets deleted
Your contact details, form answers, messages, booking details and any notes linked to you in our systems. If you are a Havec customer, this includes your account data once your contract has ended.
What we may need to keep
We may keep a small amount of information where the law requires it, for example invoices for tax purposes, or a note of your opt-out so we do not contact you again.
Removing the Havec app from Facebook
If you connected Havec to your Facebook account or Page, you can remove it at any time: go to Facebook Settings, then Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites), find Havec and click Remove. Then email us as above if you also want the data we already received deleted.
